Pickin' In the Park

We had an awesome time at Pickin in the Park. Everyone was so kind and warm toward us. The weather was great, the food was warm, the drinks were cold and even the bugs were mild. Thanks to Brian and all the staff in the park for a great evening. We look forward to returning to the Park for another performance.
HPQ T-shirts now available

Higher Praise Quartet is currently working on a CD and we hope it will be out by the end of the year. We have several songs we would like to include but we will choose 10 for this one. Our goal is to: 1. Encourage the saved to look toward our savior for a extra portion of his unending love for believers and, 2. Introduce the lost to a savior, who came to earth to teach and preach about the kingdom of God his father and to lay down his life for his friends. Jesus will return for his people, are you ready?
Higher Praise Quartet Performing as a Trio
Saturday night, Higher Praise visited with Bro. Robert Bailey and the congregation at Bethesda Bible Church and had a great evening. They fed us like you would not believe and then, blessed us as we sang. We were blessed by a song written by a member of the congregation and Billy sang it like a pro. Randy Travis style music and I think Randy would have been blessed to hear Billy sing this song. The Lord blessed us with his presence and everybody had a great time. You can hear Higher Praise sing as a trio on our Music Page. We are looking forward to singing in Central City on December 10th. Come out and join us.
Higher Praise Quartet Performing as a Trio
We had a great time in Central City at the Convention Center. There are so many talented people in this county, we were blessed to be invited to sing with them. It has been an interesting month; Paul had surgery, Christmas, Ryan Seaton leaves Signature Sound "What a Whoopin'" UK is still undefeated, Bro. Curtis McGehee preaches his last sermon as pastor at Mercer (We are really going to miss him and his family), and HPQ is honored to sing at a watch night service at Richardson Chapel. Just wander what the New Year will bring. Happy New Year
Higher Praise Quartet begins search
Higher Praise is currently seeking a bass singer. The person we seek will be led of God to sing using their God given talent to hear and sing the fourth part of our harmony. We will continue the search till we find the right person. The next bass singer for Higher Praise Quartet should prepare to sing on weekends and some during the week if we are called. This is a non paid position with aspirations of more. We are currently part-time but would consider more. If you are interested in singing bass for us please send an email to paul@higherpraisemusic.com. We will get back to you promptly. We would like to find someone in Muhlenberg County so that we can get together quickly for a practice and to keep travel expenses and time to a minimum . Thank you and God bless.

This is going to be a great event, we hope to see you there. |
Higher Praise Quartet
We are so excited to have the opportunity to share the name of our new bass singer. Of course there will be more information to follow however, to be able to give you a name is an answered prayer. Mike Burden will be joining us as we continue to do the Lord's work. He has expressed a genuine desire to sing for the Lord with Higher Praise Quartet. He has a very powerful voice with outstanding harmony. Thank you for your prayers, we look forward to seeing you soon. Until we meet again may the Lord bless and keep you.
